Whether you need clearance or just want a more aggressive look, the 1983-1986 Mustang 2.5 inch hood will do the trick! The extra clearance saves weight and accommodates performance mods that require more space. The clean lines of the 2.5" cowl hood will have your 4 eyed fox ready to hit the track!
The Cowl hood is made out of fiberglass, and includes steel reinforcements to add durability. The rear cut outs are screened and pull cool air in off of the cowl panel.
The Cowl Hood bolts on utilizing OEM hood hinges, latch and hardware. The hood includes a full instruction packet with additional hardware.
