BBK Shorty Headers Chrome (91-99 Jeep 4.0L) 4052

1-1/2” CNC mandrel bent tubing is used to optimize exhaust flow for maximum performance and a 3/8" thick laser flange to prevent any kind of heat distortion. Every exhaust header is hand assembled for accuracy, with robotic and hand welds for strength and longevity in all the right places. These performance CNC series headers have been designed to give maximum performance while delivering a perfect fit. They are a direct fit and they are also one of the easiest installations requiring just a few simple tools.
